We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3.30pm Monday - Friday the same day. Standard delivery will usually take between 2-3 working days and First class between 1-2 working days. These are guidelines and can take longer in busier periods. Please note we do not dispatch any orders on Saturday's. (Please see above in red for current time frames due to Covid-19)

 
Free Local Delivery on orders over £10.00 within an 8 Mile radius of our shop.

We are now operating a free local delivery option for orders over £10.00 and within an 8 mile radius of our shop. (5 Market Pl, Alford, Lincs, LN13 9DZ) We aim to have local deliveries delivered within 2 working days. Please place your order via our website and in your basket click 'Checkout Securely' then on the second page of checkout once you have entered your address you will be able to select the 'Free Local Delivery' option.  We will send an email with day/time of delivery once your order has been picked and is ready to be delivered. Please see map below for area covered. 



International Delivery

We are still dispatching Internationally - Please allow up to 30 working days for your order to arrive. However it may still currently take longer than this. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 there has also been a big increase in postage prices.
All international postage is sent via royal mail airmail.

Delivery price is per 1kg ordered, for every increase above 1kg a further £5.99 for European Countries & £12.99 for Rest of World countries will be added to the postage costs.

Europe Delivery Time Scales - Between 4-10 working days but can take up to 15 working days
International Delivery Time Scales - 5 - 15 working days but can take up to 30 working days if delayed by customs.


International Orders - Tax Charges
Please note all of our products include VAT at 20%. Orders sent to the UK & EU include VAT where applicable and orders sent outside of the EU are VAT Free. If you are in a VAT Free country 20% will be deducted from the total of your products at checkout when you select your delivery Country. 

Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from The Wool Factory, you can return your item within 14 days in the same unused/saleable condition. Return postage costs are the 'buyers' responsibility and we do not accept responsibility if your returns should go missing.

Order Not Been Delivered?
If for any reason your order has not been delivered (lost in post), you will be entitled to a full refund/re-delivery of your order. Orders are not classed as 'lost' until 15 working days after dispatch of your item, once 15 working days have passed and you have still not received your item, you will then be entitled to a full refund/re-delivery of your item (as stated by Royal Mail.)
If you have not received your order within 15 working days please contact us. If international it may take up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive.


International Orders: Please note if your item is lost in transit unfortunately postage costs paid are non-refundable. 


Note 4.2 of T&C's of Sale
4.2 Sale/Clearance Products - We try to ensure we only send out the same dye lots where possible, but where items are classed as Sale items we are unable to guarantee or ensure that same dye lots will be received. Once an item/product is deemed as a sale/clearance product we only have a certain amount of stock available and these can be different dye lots (on yarns).
