We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3.30pm Monday - Friday the same day. Standard delivery will usually take between 2-3 working days and First class between 1-2 working days. These are guidelines and can take longer in busier periods. Please note we do not dispatch any orders on Saturday's.
Products that state 'This item may take up to 5/7 Working Days before Dispatch'
Some of our online products may take up to 5/7 working days before we dispatch. This will be stated on the products at the time of purchase. If you order any of these products alongside with any other products these will all be dispatched at the same time. In some circumstances items may take slightly longer than the 5-7 days stated, if this is the case we will contact you to let you know.
All international postage is sent via royal mail airmail.

Europe Delivery Time Scales - Between 4-10 working days but can take up to 15 working days
International Delivery Time Scales - 5 - 15 working days but can take up to 30 working days if delayed by customs.
International Orders - Tax Charges
Please note all of our products include VAT at 20%. Orders sent to the UK & EU include VAT where applicable and orders sent outside of the EU are VAT Free. If you are in a VAT Free country 20% will be deducted from the total of your products at checkout when you select your delivery Country.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from The Wool Factory, you can return your item within 14 days in the same unused/saleable condition. Return postage costs are the 'buyers' responsibility and we do not accept responsibility if your returns should go missing.
Please note: Sale/Clearance products (all products in our sale outlet) are non-refundable. Please see note 4.2 of our T&C's of Sale below.

Order Not Been Delivered?
If for any reason your order has not been delivered (lost in post), you will be entitled to a full refund/re-delivery of your order. Orders are not classed as 'lost' until 15 working days after dispatch of your item, once 15 working days have passed and you have still not received your item, you will then be entitled to a full refund/re-delivery of your item (as stated by Royal Mail.)
If you have not received your order within 15 working days please contact us. If international it may take up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive.
International Orders: Please note if your item is lost in transit unfortunately postage costs paid are non-refundable.
Note 4.2 of T&C's of Sale
4.2 Sale/Clearance Products - We try to ensure we only send out the same dye lots where possible, but where items are classed as Sale items we are unable to guarantee or ensure that same dye lots will be received. Once an item/product is deemed as a sale/clearance product we only have a certain amount of stock available and these can be different dye lots (on yarns).
4.2a All Sale/Clearance products are non-refundable (unless faulty/damaged). We may under our discretion accept returns of Sale/Clearance items if the products are still available on our website and are in a un-used saleable condition.
